what are RIAs?
Rich Internet Application (RIA) is Macromedia's magic word for what they want future websites to be: No single HTML pages but one (Flash) application which exchanges the data with the server in the background.

We started using Flash extensively since the MX version which was the first to support Flash Remoting. Our first and so far biggest project is an e-mail client which allows several users to access the same e-mails.

This client is currently in use at the Davos Tourist Office and the Hotel Schatzalp. They both acheived a significant faster response time and improved the quality of their e-mail responses. And since the client allows to categorize the e-mails, the company using our system can also find out about their customer's needs. This is a first step towards Customer Relationship Management.

If your business needs to have access to your applications from anywhere, including public or private computers, a RIA could be a time and cost saver. Please contact us, we are glad to help you!
our other RIA related work
Besides our e-mail client, we are contributing to other RIA developers. Our Flash components are great timesavers for everyone who wants to create a Flash internet application.

TRENT is replacement for Macromedia's tree component. Trent has a nice, clean look and provides a very intuitive way to attach actions by passing the function to call with any number of arguments.

fsToolbar is a powerful toolbar component for Macromedia Flash. It allows you to add tools of different types (default buttons, text input, flyout menus, and more) at run-time.

fsNavigation2 is a vertical navigation component with three levels. The component is controlled by XML or ActionScript. Each color and the fonts can be individually set.
